Who Can Visit?

Country Side Food Pantry (Helping Hands South Tampa) is open to individuals and families in need, including people referred from partner service providers and past clients who need further help. The pantry especially aims to reach underserved areas, the elderly, low-income households, and single-parent families.

Food & Essentials

The drive-thru pantry offers fresh produce, breads and sweets, frozen meats, and non-perishable foods. Clothing is also available from the pantry.

How to Pick Up

This is a drive-thru pantry. Check-in begins at 10:00 am, and distribution starts at 11:00 am on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month.

Ways to Give

You can donate non-perishable food items on Wednesdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at this location. Gift certificates to local grocery stores are also accepted and are used to purchase fresh produce, meats, and dairy. Items commonly needed include cereals, diapers and wipes, canned fruit and vegetables, peanut butter and jelly, canned tuna or chicken, macaroni and cheese, boxed or canned pasta, and spaghetti sauce. How to Join the Team?

Volunteers are welcome and essential to the mission. Opportunities include driving trucks, helping load and unload donations, distributing food, and sorting donations. Corporate, faith-based, school, family, and civic groups are welcome for team-building events. You can apply here to learn more.
