Who Can Visit?
The ISTABA Food Pantry is open to everyone, Muslim and non-Muslim alike. There are no registration requirements mentioned, and no appointment is needed.
Good to Know
Food is distributed while supplies last, so arriving early is a good idea. All food items are donated by community members and must be sealed and usable.
Food & Essentials
The pantry provides a variety of food items including canned goods, beans and rice, cereals, cookies and crackers, sugar, and juice. Household essentials are also available, including baby wipes, diapers, toilet tissue, sanitary pads, powder detergent, and soap. The pantry does not accept or distribute items containing pork or alcohol.
Ways to Give
You can donate food and household items in person during pantry hours or during regular business hours at 7326 E. Sligh Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. All donated food and household items must be sealed and usable. Money donations can be made online through the website, by calling the main office at 813-628-0007 ext. 1, or via Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile. You can also set up once, daily, or monthly giving.
How to Join the Team?
Volunteer hours are available for students ages 13 and up, as well as community members. To learn more, contact the Main Office at 813-628-0007 or email MainOffice@istaba.org.

Visitors have shared that even first-time guests who weren't on the schedule were still welcomed and given food. The pantry does not appear to turn people away for being off the list.
