How Often You Can Visit?

Good to Know
Each visit provides 5 to 7 days' worth of healthy food for every person in your household. The Wellston Center buys most of the food it distributes to make sure it's fresh, nutritious, and reliably available.
Food & Essentials
The pantry typically provides milk, eggs, frozen meats and fish, fresh and packaged produce, pasta, rice, beans, soups, bread, cereal, and other pantry staples. Hygiene items are also available, including shampoo, soap, toothpaste, feminine products, adult and baby diapers, and lotion.
How to Pick Up
Come to the pantry during open hours. Friendly staff and volunteers are there to help you receive your monthly provision.
Facilities
The Wellston Center runs a thrift store alongside the food pantry, open during the same hours. There are no requirements to shop there. You can find clothing for children and adults, seasonal items like holiday decorations, books, and a selection of jewelry, all at very low prices.
