Who Can Visit?

Brother Bill's Helping Hand provides food, healthcare, and educational programs to people in need in the North Texas community, regardless of zip code. The grocery store program is open to all neighbors and served over 200 zip codes across North Texas in 2025. To receive groceries, you'll need to register in person at the West Dallas Campus. You cannot register on a food distribution day, so plan to come on a non-distribution day.

How to Register?

Registration must be completed in person at the West Dallas Campus (3906 N. Westmoreland, Dallas, TX 75212) during these hours:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM
  • Thursday: 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM

How Often You Can Visit?

Families can visit once per month at the West Dallas Campus. If you have a student who attends a Dallas ISD school, you may be eligible to receive groceries twice a month from one of the DISD Resource Centers.

Good to Know

Reviewers share that you can expect food for a couple of days along with meat at each visit. The grocery store at the main campus serves more than 300 families with healthy food each week. It's a good idea to come during registration hours on a non-distribution day for your first visit so you can get signed up without any delays.

Food & Essentials

The grocery store offers healthy food including dry and canned goods. Reviewers mention receiving food for a couple of days plus meat per visit. The main campus runs a 5,000 square foot grocery store stocked with healthy groceries for the community.
