Who Can Visit?
Travis County Community Center at Manor welcomes anyone who needs help. You can come in during food pantry hours to complete an application in person, or apply online through the Oasis link before you visit. Just come to the community center during pantry hours to get started.

Good to Know
Your eligibility for assistance depends on a few factors, including Travis County residency, income documentation, disability status, age and number of household members, how often you receive help, and your utility provider or landlord.
There's a public computer in the lobby and a public telephone in the center hallway if you need them.
Food & Essentials
The food pantry provides about five days of food for your household, including fresh and frozen foods. The food offered varies from week to week depending on what's available.
Food Pantry Hours:
- Monday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Please note the pantry is closed Tuesday mornings from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM for restocking.
Additional Support
The center offers a range of helpful services beyond the food pantry, including:
- Utility Assistance for help with electric, water, gas, and other utility bills
- Social Work and Case Management for guidance, counseling, and support
- Burial Services to help cover the cost of a burial or cremation
- Weatherization and Home Repair to improve living conditions and energy efficiency
- Senior Congregate Meal Program run by Meals on Wheels every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This is free and open to anyone age 60 or over. Seniors gather for games like bingo, dominoes, and card games, along with a shared nutritious lunch. Programming runs 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Contact Rebecca Miller, the congregate meal site manager, at 512-854-1562 to sign up.

Facilities
The community center has a meeting area that community groups can reserve. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. To use the meeting area, your group must have a community focus and cannot charge attendees or be for-profit. Events must be open to the public, and no religious or political functions are allowed. Examples of groups that use the space include 12-step groups, neighborhood associations, early voting, and public information meetings.
