Who Can Visit?

Feed-A-Bull is a pantry exclusive to enrolled USF students. Any student in need can visit, whatever their situation. The pantry is confidential.

Good to Know

The pantry is located on the ground floor of the SVC building (SVC 0002) on the Tampa campus. It's closed on weekends and whenever USF is closed for university holidays. The pantry is affiliated with Feeding Tampa Bay and the College and University Food Bank Alliance.

Food & Essentials

When you drop in, you can "shop" the aisles and personalize your selections. Items available include canned chicken, canned tuna, canned fruit, canned vegetables, juice, cereal, oatmeal, grits, macaroni and cheese, pasta, pasta sauce, peanut butter, rice, shelf-stable milk, ramen, and snacks like popcorn, pretzels, and granola bars. Let the pantry know about any food allergies or restrictions due to religious beliefs.

How to Pick Up

You have two options for picking up food.

Drop in: Visit SVC 0002 during open hours. You can walk the aisles and choose your own items.

Online order for locker pickup: Place a customized order online at least 24 hours in advance. Your order will be sent to refrigerated lockers near the vending machines on the MSC first floor. The lockers are available outside of the pantry's regular operating hours and offer a private pickup experience. Use this option only if you'd like to pick up from the MSC lockers.

Additional Support

The pantry offers cooking recipe videos to help you make meals from pantry items. You can also contact the pantry at feedabull@usf.edu or call (813) 974-5884 for questions or more information.

Monetary donations can be made online through the USF Foundation. Search for "Feed-A-Bull Operating Fund (#590076)" at the donation page. For questions, email feedabull@usf.edu or call (813) 974-5884.

Gift card donations are accepted. Pre-paid Visa cards or grocery store gift cards (Walmart, Publix, Target, etc.) are welcome. Email feedabull@usf.edu to learn how to donate a gift card.

Food donations of non-perishable items are welcome at SVC 0002. Please don't bring opened food or cans with deep dents. There's a donation box outside the pantry for when it's closed. Other campus drop-off spots include The WELL lobby and the USF Health Shimberg Health Sciences Library. You can also purchase items from the pantry's Amazon Wishlist and have them delivered Monday through Thursday.
