Who Can Visit?
This location is a distribution hub and doesnt' serve individuals in general. However, some Google Maps reviewers mention that they were able to pick up food by bringing their ID. Since the Greater Cleveland Food Bank website doesn't confirm this, it's a good idea to call ahead before your visit to make sure.
If you want to give back, you are always welcome to stop by and drop off a food donation!
Ways to Give
Food donations are accepted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Drive around to the back of the building and look for the ramp marked "donations." Someone will open the door, help you unload, and hand you a receipt. The entire drop-off process usually takes less than 10 minutes. To donate money, visit the online donation page. The food bank also accepts individual, corporate, foundation, and workplace giving. Learn more on the Ways to Give page.
How to Join the Team?
Volunteers are needed every week to sort, pack, and repack donated food in the warehouse. In 2025, more than 16,600 volunteers gave over 115,500 hours of service. To sign up for individual shifts, visit the volunteer opportunities page. Groups of six or more can complete a group request form. Skills-based and community service opportunities are also available. For questions, call the Volunteer Experience Team at (216) 738-7240 or visit the contact page.
