Good to Know
The pet food pantry is meant for emergency needs and isn't a regular, ongoing food source. Each visit provides one Ziploc bag of dry food per pet, for up to two pets per visit. Plan to arrive at least one hour before closing. The pantry isn't able to help with food for stray, feral, or community cats.
Food & Essentials
The pantry provides dry dog and cat food at no cost to qualifying members. Reviewers also mention receiving cat litter. Low-cost flea prevention drops and dewormer are available for purchase, along with pet ID tags, collars, and leashes. The Resource Center also sells pet supplies, toys, treats, and accessories at very affordable prices.
How to Pick Up
Walk in during open hours at the Resource Center at 3711 E 65th Street. Once you're a member, no appointment is needed to pick up pet food.
