Who Can Visit?

NNEMAP Food Pantry serves residents of Franklin County, Ohio. You can show up during open hours to get registered and receive food. Registration takes about 10 minutes. If you're homebound or unable to visit in person, you can still get help through their delivery program.

How Often You Can Visit?

You can visit twice a month for a full pantry visit. On Saturdays, you can also stop in for produce-only visits, up to two additional times per month.

Good to Know

Food is provided based on family size and dietary restrictions. The pantry has both fresh produce and shelf-stable items, so you can expect a variety of food. NNEMAP follows Columbus City Schools' winter weather closures, so check ahead during bad weather. Visitors wait outside in colder months, so dress warmly.

Food & Essentials

NNEMAP provides fresh produce and shelf-stable food, including canned goods, bread, and meat. Hygiene products such as personal care items are also distributed, though availability may change from week to week. Dog food has also been available. The pantry aims to offer a variety of healthy options.

How to Pick Up

NNEMAP is a choice pantry, which means you get to shop for what you want rather than having items chosen for you. Fill out your form when you arrive, get your number, and wait to be called. You can also pick up your order using the 24-hour lockers on-site, which are convenient if you work during regular business hours.

Additional Support

If you're homebound or unable to come in, food delivery is available. Contact the pantry to request delivery. NNEMAP also offers Food Stamp Access: Ohio Benefits Bank representatives are on-site during scheduled times to help you apply for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. Through community partnerships and mobile units, NNEMAP can connect you to health screenings, vaccinations, and other services. Representatives are also available to help with resources like Medicare, Medicaid, jobs, and social services.

Ways to Give

NNEMAP gladly accepts donations of food and hygiene products from individuals and groups. You can also donate your time by volunteering. Visit the donate page to learn more, or email info@nnemappantry.org.

How to Join the Team?

Volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups are available almost every day. Visit the volunteer page for position descriptions, or email director@nnemappantry.org for more information.
