Local Good Pantry

Who Can Visit?

Local Good Pantry is open to individuals and families who are in need. Assistance is provided to low-income individuals and families based on The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) income guidelines. All services are provided without regard to race, citizenship, or religious beliefs, and there is no proselytizing. Everyone is welcome.

You must make an appointment before coming to pick up food. You can book your appointment online at vancoevents.com/us/eventlist/localgoodpantry.

How to Order?

1. Visit vancoevents.com/us/eventlist/localgoodpantry to see the current event list.
2. Select one ticket per immediate family or individual for your visit.
3. Present your ticket during your scheduled appointment time.

Items Needed for Registration

On your first visit, bring a photo ID and proof of residency.

How Often You Can Visit?

You may visit the pantry once per week.

Good to Know

Each visit you can expect to receive a variety of items including fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, bread, and pantry staples. The selection changes from week to week, so what's available may be a little different each time you come. Volunteers are there to greet you and help things move quickly.

Food & Essentials

The pantry provides a rotating selection of grocery items each week. You can expect to find fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, eggs, bread, and pantry staples such as sausage. Because the selection comes from grocery surplus, the items available may vary from visit to visit.

How to Pick Up

Local Good Pantry is a drive-through pantry. When you arrive during your appointment window, volunteers will assist you at your vehicle and load your food. The process is designed to be quick and easy.

Every gift helps feed over 16,000 people each month, providing around 187,000 pounds of food. You can also donate key supplies through the pantry's Amazon wishlist. How to Join the Team?

You can do good by volunteering at Local Good Pantry and helping feed people right here in the community. Families with kids, groups of friends, neighbors, and co-workers are all welcome to serve.
