Who Can Visit?
Coastal Community Church's Food Pantry is open to families in need in the congregation and the surrounding community. There are no stated eligibility restrictions beyond being a family in need.
Good to Know
The Food Pantry is run by dedicated volunteers who partner with the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia and Operation Blessing, as well as donations from church members, to bring staple food items to families. It's a warm and caring ministry that's there when you need it most.

Current donation needs listed on their website include peanut butter, jelly, canned tuna, chunky soups and chili, canned vegetables, canned beans, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, macaroni and cheese, rice, and instant oatmeal, which gives a good idea of the types of items distributed.
How to Pick Up
Community distribution takes place at the church located at 2800 S. Independence Blvd in Virginia Beach. The pantry is open for Community Distribution on the second Tuesday of each month from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
