Fairfield Food Pantry

The Fairfield Food Pantry has been serving the Fairfield, Ohio community since 1996. Their mission is to provide a balanced and nutritious emergency food supply to those in need — in a loving, caring, and supportive manner. Volunteers are at the heart of this pantry, and visitors consistently describe the staff as friendly, helpful, and kind.

Who Can Visit?

The pantry serves residents within the Fairfield School District (Fairfield and Fairfield Township area). This includes ZIP codes 45014, 45015, 45011, and 45013.

How to Register?

First-time visitors need to bring two things:

  1. Photo ID
  2. Proof of Residency — such as a recent utility bill, phone bill, water bill, or cable bill. The name on the bill must match your photo ID. An official letter from an agency on their letterhead also works. The address must fall within the Fairfield School District.

Items Needed for Registration

Every time you visit, you'll need to show proof of residency. This can be:

  • A photo ID with your current address, or
  • An official piece of mail (cable, electric, or water bill, mortgage statement, or bank statement) with your current name and address

How Often You Can Visit?

Patrons may receive assistance once per calendar month. The pantry does not count the number of days between visits — only the month of the visit matters.

Food & Essentials

  • An emergency supply of food
  • Toiletries and personal care items (as available)
  • Counter items (special care items)
  • Helpful information on available programs and resources

The pantry sources food from individual donations, churches, schools, community organizations, and purchases from Shared Harvest Food Bank, Kroger, Aldi, and other local vendors. In addition to food, the pantry also provides personal care products and household supplies, because they believe cleanliness is just as important as food in keeping a family healthy and happy.
