The Grace Place at All Saints Episcopal Church
Who Can Visit?
The Grace Place is open to anyone who meets the eligibility requirement based on household size and gross income level. No proof is required, so you don't need to bring any documents to show.
Items Needed for Registration
No documents are required. When you check in, you can show a driver's license or state ID, or simply share your name, date of birth, address, phone number, and the number and ages of people in your household.
How Often You Can Visit?
You're welcome to visit the Grace Place every two weeks.
Good to Know
The Grace Place is a supplemental pantry, so it's meant to support the food you get from other sources. When you come, bring your own bags to take your items home. This helps reduce waste and supports sustainability. From time to time, the pantry receives a limited supply of cleaning and hygiene products. When these are available, visitors are asked to take only one item so everyone gets a chance.
Food & Essentials
The pantry provides non-perishable food items. Through a partnership with the Cleveland Foodbank, every dollar donated can go up to ten times further in stocking the shelves. Cleaning and hygiene products are also available on occasion, though in limited quantities.
How to Pick Up
When you arrive, one of the volunteers will check you in and help you during your visit. The Grace Place runs on a grace-economy model, where you're invited to take only what you need and give back when you can.
Additional Support
The Grace Place also runs a Pet Pantry in the same room, offering dog and cat food for families with pets. For questions about the Pet Pantry, email allsaintspetpantry@gmail.com.
A Blessing Box sits in the church parking lot near the main entrance. It holds non-perishable food items and is available at any time, even when the church building is closed.
Ways to Give
The Grace Place accepts non-perishable food items as well as hygiene and cleaning supplies. Donations can be dropped off directly at the pantry during open hours, Tuesday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Financial gifts are also welcome. To help cover the cost of a food delivery from the Cleveland Foodbank (the minimum fee is $45.00), mark your donation "Grace Place Delivery Fee." To support general food purchases, mark it "Grace Place." You can also shop from the pantry's Amazon Wishlist.
To donate to the Blessing Box, place non-perishable food items only in the box in the parking lot. Please don't leave perishable items there.
How to Join the Team?
The Grace Place welcomes volunteers for a variety of roles, including helping guests during open hours on Tuesday through Thursday, unloading food deliveries on Mondays, and stocking and cleaning shelves on Fridays.
If you're a church member, sign-up calendars are in the Narthex. Write your name on a date and role and the team will know you're coming. If you're not a church member, email graceplaceparma@gmail.com with the role you're interested in and your availability, and someone will follow up to coordinate.
