Who Can Visit?
Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries is open to anyone in need in Kendall County and the surrounding areas. If you're in a hard situation, you can also reach out through their online crisis support form at hillcountrydailybread.org.
Food & Essentials
Along with food, the ministry distributes diapers and baby supplies to families. In 2025, they handed out more than 16,000 pounds of diapers to people in the community.
How to Pick Up
Visitors receive a box of goods when they come in. Volunteers and staff take time to connect with each person and make sure their needs are taken care of before they leave.
Additional Support
Hill Country Daily Bread Ministries runs several programs to support families beyond food. The Family Mentoring Program connects families with mentors, and Stand By Me Student Mentoring helps students in school. Their Wrap Around Programs offer broader support for people facing hardship, and staff have also helped people dealing with family violence. Other nonprofits, churches, and agencies can request food and product through the website.
