Who Can Visit?

Anyone who is experiencing hunger or food insecurity is welcome at the Hands of Hope Community Food Pantry. Catholic Charities serves men, women, and families in need, regardless of age, race, religion, or creed. You don't have to be Catholic or affiliated with any church to receive help here.

Items Needed for Registration

To sign up and use the pantry, you'll need to bring a few things:

 • A valid government-issued ID
 • A Clarity Card (if you don't have one, staff can help you get one)
 • Proof of your current address dated within the last 30 days, such as a rent receipt, utility bill, or similar document

These requirements help make sure there are enough resources for everyone who needs them.

How to Join the Team?

Volunteers are a huge part of what makes Catholic Charities work. You can help at the food pantry by organizing, stocking, and handing out food, or serve meals at the dining facility. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to serve on-site.

To get started, create a free account at catholiccharities.volunteerhub.com and browse upcoming shifts. You can also sign up for remote volunteer opportunities from home, like assembling care kits.

For group or corporate volunteering, email volunteer@catholiccharities.com.

Note that Catholic Charities can't fulfill court-ordered community service requests, and current clients who are actively receiving free services are not eligible to volunteer at this time.
