Who Can Visit?

All People's Fresh Market is open to any household earning less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. To get started, just stop by during open hours to become a market member. No appointment is needed for your first visit.

How to Register?

Walk in during open hours and the staff will get you registered. You'll bring your ID and proof of address to sign up. After that, you'll receive a card to use on future visits.

Items Needed for Registration

Bring a photo ID and proof of address when you come for the first time.

How Often You Can Visit?

Families can come once a day, every day the market is open.

Good to Know

The selection changes daily, so what's available one day may be different the next. Reviewers suggest arriving earlier in the day for a better variety, since items can run low by the end of operating hours. Bring your own reusable bags to carry your items home, just in case the market runs out of bags. After your first visit, you'll use the card you received to check in quickly on future trips. You can sign up for daily text alerts to see what's available before you go.

Food & Essentials

All People's Fresh Market specializes in free, fresh produce, with a strong focus on health and nutrition. You can expect a variety of fruits and vegetables like romaine lettuce, oranges, grapefruit, butternut squash, bananas, apples, spinach, sweet potatoes, potatoes, pears, pineapple, cabbage, and green peppers. On some days, dairy items like milk, butter, and eggs are also available. Occasionally, meat such as hamburger or chicken comes in as well. Bread and baked goods are sometimes distributed too.

How to Pick Up

All People's Fresh Market operates as a self-select, open market where you shop for your own items much like a regular store. Quantity limits may be posted on certain products, so check the signs as you shop. After selecting your items, you check out and bag everything at the side tables before heading home. There's also a drive-thru option where you can stay in your vehicle and receive a pre-packed box of food loaded right into your car.

Additional Support

The HEAL program at All People's Fresh Market offers weekly classes to support healthy living goals, including cooking classes, yoga, Tai Chi, chair workouts, and other wellness programs. Other agencies sometimes visit the market to offer services like blood pressure checks. The organization also has a food delivery program for those who can't come in person. To volunteer for food delivery, email Gary at gstevens@4allpeople.net.

Ways to Give

All People's Fresh Market welcomes financial donations to Community Development for All People. You can give online at their donation page. Donations are tax-exempt. If you'd like to give in other ways or have questions, you can reach them at (614) 445-7342.

How to Join the Team?

Volunteers are needed to sort produce, assist shoppers, and stock shelves at the Fresh Market. You can check the volunteer schedule and sign up through POINT at pointapp.org/orgs/268. You can also fill out a Volunteer Interest Form on the volunteer page or email the Fresh Market team directly. There are opportunities for both individuals and groups.
