Abiding Love Food Pantry
Who Can Visit?
Anyone who needs help is welcome to visit the Abiding Love Food Pantry. There's no sign-up required ahead of time. The pantry serves over 170 families per week, which is about 700 individuals each week. Whether you walk, ride the bus, or drive, you're welcome here.
Items Needed for Registration
You may want to bring a state ID and something showing proof of address, like a light bill or gas bill.
How Often You Can Visit?
Neighbors are limited to one visit per month.
Good to Know
The pantry celebrated its 20th anniversary in January 2025. It's run by about 60 volunteers each week, and it's open every Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 7210 Brush Country Rd., Austin.
The pantry will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Food & Essentials
The pantry partners with the Central Texas Food Bank and receives donations from faith communities, schools, businesses, and individuals around Austin. The pantry also helps with baby pampers, baby wipes, and adult pampers.
How to Pick Up
Food is distributed using a drive-through method. Walk-ups and bus riders are also welcome and accommodated.
Ways to Give
Food or monetary donations are welcome at Abiding Love on Mondays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Donations outside of those hours require a prior appointment.
How to Join the Team?
The pantry has about 90 volunteers signed up from Abiding Love, St. Catherine Catholic Church, other surrounding churches, and nearby neighborhoods. If you'd like to join the team, reach out to Rosa Hatfield at rosahatfield@gmail.com or text 512-922-4883.
