Who Can Visit?

St. John XXIII Interfaith Food Pantry is open to anyone in Finleyville and the surrounding communities who is dealing with food insecurity. It doesn't matter your age, background, or situation — everyone is welcome, and no one is turned away.

Food & Essentials

The pantry provides fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, refrigerated and frozen items, canned goods, and other non-perishable foods. You can also pick up paper products, personal care items, and household supplies during your visit.

How to Pick Up

The pantry runs as a market-style, supermarket-style shopping experience where you choose the items you'd like to take home. On your first visit, you'll fill out a short informal questionnaire that gets recorded in the pantry's system. After that, you just need to give your name or phone number when you arrive.

Ways to Give

You can drop off food donations at St. Francis of Assisi Church (Finley Hall) at 3609 Washington Ave, Finleyville, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Enter through the double glass doors in the vestibule and place donations in the designated bins. The pantry accepts boxed non-perishable items, cleaning products, and paper products.

To organize a food drive for your school, business, or organization, contact the pantry and a food drive coordinator will reach out with details.

Monetary donations go directly to the pantry's programs and operating costs. Make checks payable to St. John XXIII Interfaith Food Pantry, 120 Abington Drive, McMurray, PA 15317 (EIN: 20-1534871). You can also donate online. For questions, call 724-348-7145 or email interfaithfoodpantry@john23.org.
