The food distribution center is run by St. Peter Prince of the Apostles Catholic Church, a parish that has served the Alamo Heights community since 1923. The church's mission has long centered on reaching out to those in need, rooted in its founding call to "reach out with a loaf of bread in one hand and the love of Christ in the other."
